By downloading or using MusicBin (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
MusicBin plays audio files stored on your device or in a folder you choose. It does not provide, stream or sell music.
You are responsible for the audio files you import or download, and for having the right to use them. Only import content you own or are licensed to use. Do not use the app to obtain or distribute content in violation of copyright or other laws.
You agree not to use the app in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Timers and alarms depend on your device settings; do not rely on them for anything critical.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of audio files or data.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
